As CCN TEKNİK, we actively use Wisera at the core operational level in all our locations, especially at Ankara City Hospital. It has enabled faster operational tracking and strengthened cooperation between services. As the use of the Work Order module increased, the number of SLA Windesk failures decreased, contributing positively to error scores and interruption rates. It accelerated approvals and workflows in accommodation processes. Registering warehouse materials in the system has contributed both to manpower and to digital processes.
